- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My daughter's appt was at 2:15. She was a new patient so I arrived at 2:00 to do paperwork. There was noone at the front desk. I waited for 10 minutes before someone came along and I could get the new patient paperwork. Then, she wasn't called back for another hour, then I say in the exam room for another half hour. The doctor looked at her throat, her ears (which she has a history of horrible Infections) said it must be viral and sent me on my way!
